Bumangon sa gitna ng kalungkutan, lumaban alang-alang sa sarili, tumayo para sa kanyang kinabukasan, tinanggap ang mundong sumpa sa kanya, kinalimutan ang mundong iniwakli siya. Naging matapang sa hamon ng buhay, naging masaya sa gitna ng lumbay, naging masaya sa lahat ng pagsubok na dumating sa kanya, nagmahal sa di inaasahang oras, naniniwala na magkakatuluyan sa tamang panahon ngunit, pilit silang inilalayo ng tadhana. Makakaya niya pa kayang mabuhay kung alam niyang hindi naman pala sila magkakatuluyan at nalamang ipinagkait sa kanya yung pagmamahal na inaasam-asam niya?
