ReichAntic
As the Great War of the Races raged, Zarveth, still a child, chose to remain on the battlefield rather than flee. From that moment on, he understood one thing: true peace could never exist in this cruel world.
Years later, when all sides were exhausted by the war, the three greatest powers on the continent finally reached an agreement. The elves of Neiflim, the humans of Arsteim, and the dwarves of Mouncastell formed a peace pact to end the bloodshed that had lasted far too long.
But the peace that was born was not peace, but rather a balance maintained at the expense of anyone perceived as a threat.
Small kingdoms disappeared from the map. Borders shifted without warning. Fear forced many nations to join the pact simply for survival. And when the great war finally ended, the world never truly recovered.
Treachery still lurked behind the pact. All sides knew that the pact was merely a piece of paper that could be broken at any moment.
While the kingdoms were busy maintaining a fragile balance, the monster race flourished unchecked. Behind the scenes, mercenary factions plotted revolution. Diplomatic tensions between nations continue to escalate, bringing the continent one step closer to the next great war.
Amidst a world slowly descending into ruin, Zarveth lives by his own means and choices, facing moral conflicts, clashing ambitions, and principles constantly tested by reality. He is not a hero. He is not even a savior.
Every decision he makes has consequences, and without realizing it, every step he takes is slowly dragging him into the center of a conflict that could determine the fate of the entire continent.
As the world once again slides toward war, one question remains:
It's not whether the world can be saved. But can Zarveth survive to the end?
