"With it, lays a soldier... his helmet," "Horizon Blue." ~~~ Lazuli, an orphan that only has her sister, Leaf to accompany her. She enjoyed a relative isolation within the forest near Terra Town, also sometimes (rarely) visiting Terra Town itself. Though one day, she made a decision that will seal her youth to a life of horror, turmoil, and even happiness, and joy. One that will leave her massive scar for the rest of her life, and find herself within a life of peace. Within these times of hardship, her perspective on the world changes... for the better, perhaps? Sometimes, within her eyes, she saw a semblance of hope. Perhaps everything is not lost... But maybe... her mind is just playing tricks with her, to make her feel better about the horrors of reality. ~~~ A little of an Alternative Universe of Eeveelution Squad and a lot of rewrites and modifications of the world's lore and scenes to my liking. Also modifying her character development so she doesn't get to the point of being angry all the time. Though she'll still get easily ticked off... And in relation to the ES world, this 'world building' of mine will alter some** of the lore and how the core altercations like the 'reformations' and 'berserker virus' works. Oh, and to add to that, Gaia will have a lot of diverse languages derived from unearthed dictionaries and a more modified history of Gaia. ~~~ Lazuli is the MC of this story. ...and i clearly don't own Pokémon, thank you. The name of this story, Horizon Blue, is inspired by the colour of the French Army during the later stages of the world war one; Horizon Blue.

This story is inspired by PKM-150s "Eeveelution Squad. You don't need to read that before this but you could. There will be many many more references to other franchises. And do not be surprised if I mention anything in real life. But of course Enjoy!

Echo Cereus, an Umbreon with a case of selective mutism, is shipped off to the Kalos Kingdom with his estranged brother, Tanuki Cereus, a Flareon with a chronic case of clumsiness. Objective? Study the artifact known as the Evolutionite under the tutelage of the kingdom's rulers. For the socially adverse Echo, the situation looked bleak. Things only go from bleak to dire as he is sent to a small town and has to interact with Pokémon he isn't too fond of. However, things are never what they seem. There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface. Discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and dangerous Pokémon become quite noticeable over time. In an unfamiliar place, the estranged brothers can only rely on each other and face the turmoil that's been eating at their relationship since their childhood. *I don't own the Pokémon franchise, nor am I the owner of the art used for this cover. Everyone always looked at her weirdly, laughed at her, and made fun of her because of the color of her fur. Her life was perfect back when she was younger she had her friends and her family. But one day it all changed. All of her closet friends left the school and she was alone. She has felt depressed ever since then. Will she ever feel like herself again?

This is an AU where the ES characters are owned by Tina and they are replacing the main SSEC characters with their canon jobs. The region in the AU will be set in Kalos.
