While Will, the popular, "straight" guy son of Apollo doesn't want to talk to anyone but Nico, Nico doesn't want to talk to anyone, period. But as Nico begins to finally appreciate and welcome his company and friendly care, as he finally begins to open up to someone, as he finally feels that he's won the battle with his own feelings and doubts, as he begins to let go of his lingering feelings for the son of Poseidon, Will is fighting his own war behind that charming smile and those warm eyes. Known as the smiling, cheerful boy in camp, Will's mind is more of a dark rain cloud than the sun everyone assumes it is. And no one knows. Until it's too late.
