"Promise me that you will take care of her." Those were the last words that squad leader, Hanji Zoe had heard from her younger sister, Anna, before she gave up her last breath. "Don't worry, Anna, I promise you that I'll raise her as if she were my own." She vowed to the blond who was now laying still and lifeless on her deathbed. She heard a shrill cry of a child and walked over to the wooden crib beside her sister's bed and picked up the newborn baby and began to rock her gently, "Shh, its okay, auntie Hanji's here, auntie's got you. I promise you that I'll take care of you." The blond child finally quieted down, Hanji looked at the now sleeping infant in her arms. "I'll make sure that nothing ever happens to you." Many years have passed and it seems that the promise that Hanji kept was entirely forgotten, she gave her niece to the child's father, who willingly took the child. Little did she know that her promise was already broken when she gave the child to him.

When Levi learns his uncle is in hospital, paralysed from an injury, he's devastated. While they weren't exactly close, his uncle was still the family he has left. Juggling his part time job and third year of college, Levi didn't expect his uncle's injury to be added to his plate. However, none of his best friends, Isabel and Farlan knows about it. Some things were meant to be kept to himself. During the town's annual summer fete, Levi decides to spend time alone. To get away from everyone else. However, when Hange decides to tag along, Levi lets her accompany him. As Levi grows closer to Hange, he starts to trust her and opens up about his troubles; his insomnia, his uncle's injuries and his own insecurities. I write this is in a time of great need. I wanted to read some of my new favourite ship but couldn't much. With the Attack on Titan manga and anime coming to their thrilling conclusion, it is the perfect time to write some more. This is basically what it says on the tin.
