It's year 3092, the world wasn't what it used to be. My name is Mackenzie Carter, I'm a nineteen year old who lives with his drunk father (amazing, right?) my Mom died when I was five, and I was born and raised in sector six, the home of the distinctive. My friend Xander is from sector one (the betrayed), but is currently in sector seven, the mercenary, where Amber lives. The Gathering of the sectors, is the perfect time to see what the League is up to.

Hey, when's the last time you read the Bible, the entire Bible? Never you say? Not surprised. That would explain why you never knew the apostles could heal the sick and raise the dead just like Jesus. Or that Moses lead the Israelites on killing sprees to obtain the "promised land". Or that there is actually no such thing as "free will". If any of this intrigues you then you need to take a peek at my book, "He Said It, I Didn't - A Biblical Book Report Brooklyn Style". In short, "Brooklyn Style" means funny, irreverent, rude, informative, sarcastic and will make some of you downright mad. But at some point, you are guaranteed to say to yourself "you know, this heathen bastard has a point". And that's all I can pray for. 😉

His eyes went on for miles and yet each mile was filled with stars that could rival those of even the most prepossessing night sky -yet she stood there silently watching him standing there with those night-sky eyes staring right back at her with the same struck expression. "I'm traveling all over the States, what does it look like I'm doing?" Odessa exclaimed, feeling caged, her hands fiddling with the bottom of her sweater as if the simple distraction will save them from Antares' unwavering gaze. "No, you're not. What are you doing, Odessa, not what you think you're doing but what you are actually doing?" He continued on, just as serious as he was five minutes ago when he'd asked her the same question; a question that was beginning to unravel the emotions she'd worked hard to keep locked away. "Bloody hell, if I'm not traveling then what am I doing, Antares?" She asked angrily, refusing to continue playing whatever game he was trying to frustrate her with, something that seemed to be a past time of his. "You're running." He whispered.
