Max left Chloe for five years, after returning to find that the outgoing Blackwell drop out has a large group of partying friends that she seems to lead. lil bit o' pricefield. Chloe is her usual drunk self. Powers (not used much.) There are probably so many spelling errors in this and sorry it kind of jumps around a lot. Her name's Rei. And yes. She's considered a "rich bastard" from where she's from. But Arcadia bay doesn't know that, and she would like to keep it that way. See, she has a mental disorder... Please, don't laugh. She has plutophobia. Ironic, right? She comes from a family that is inheriting riches from both her mother and father's side- which we'll catch up to later. Rei was just overwhelmed back then. (Pathetic, right?) So she moved to Arcadia Bay, away from all the people that harassed and blackmailed her for money and fame. She wanted to pursue her life as a painter, in a quiet simple town. And that's where she made another mistake. Arcadia Bay isn't quiet, or quite simple. Especially when she has Nathan Prescott and other people on her tail. As time passes, and as they keep running into eachother, literally, they get to know eachother better and eachother's feelings are complicated, yet they're drawn towards eachother like a magnet. One positive attracts one negative, right? Or will that one positive attract not one, but two negatives? ** Things you have to know: -Max doesn't have her powers -Nathan doesn't do drugs, but buys them for the vortex parties and is rumored to do them -Kate will try to commit suicide, but Rei stops it (because Max doesn't have her powers to save her)(and PS this isn't a spoiler to my story. This will happen regardless, because she still getting bullied because of the video) -Since Nathan doesn't do drugs, people don't like him because he's excessively rude and mean to others

After the storm, Max and Chloe try to build a new life together. As they face the challenges of everyday life, their love grows stronger but the past still haunts them. Learning to live with their trauma won't be easy, but they have each other.
