Kuusuke decides he wants to torment Kusuo by sending him to the best of the best private institute that resides in Tokyo, Japan, making him move out of the comfort of his home town into an, actually quite luxurious, apartment building to survive on his own. Here, he's forced to interact with the world of the wealthy, go on weird adventures and meet people he would've never talked to..
