Growing up in Arcadia Bay, Y/N L/N, Max Caulfield, and Chloe Price were inseparable childhood friends until tragedy tore their lives apart. After the death of William Price, Y/N moved to New York, where he and his best friend Peter Parker were bitten by radioactive spiders and became Spider-Man. Five years later, Y/N returns to Arcadia Bay after earning a scholarship to Blackwell Academy, hoping to reconnect with the friends he left behind while studying under renowned photographer Mark Jefferson. But as strange weather, disappearances, and buried secrets begin consuming the town, Y/N discovers he has gained the impossible ability to rewind time itself. Now caught between his past, his powers, and an approaching storm threatening to destroy Arcadia Bay, Y/N must decide how far he is willing to go to save the people he loves, before time finally breaks for good.

This story follows the aftermath of the storm that wiped out Arcadia Bay shortly following the story of the first "Life is Strange" game. But, from a new perspective, that of 16 year old Lucas Owens. He is a high school student from Arcadia Bay who ends up fending for himself, utilizing his own smarts, and... physics-defying supernatural abilities. He forms new relationships as the story progresses and as he tries to unravel the mystery behind the forces haunting him. The world he was thrust into is out to get him, but as you might have learned from Max's time in Arcadia Bay, sometimes the worst monsters are people, just like us. This is my first fanfic of any kind, so please don't judge too harshly on my writing skills! Any criticism or feedback about anything is welcome! All reviews are welcome as well if you so choose. If you notice any inconsistencies, please let me know.

This is a what if version of Life Is Strange. Fear not, everything isn't completely wacky in this one. But what if Rachel Amber had moved to Seattle instead of Arcadia Bay, Oregon? What if she'd met Max and they grew close? What happens when Max moves back to Arcadia? Rachel (sadly) still ends up missing. Chloe and Nathan still go to the girl's bathroom at Blackwell. And Max witnesses it just like she did before. How will she deal with her newfound time powers, or the strange butterfly she feels an unexplainable connection to? PRICEFIELD WILL HAPPEN IN THIS UNIVERSE AS Well!

Chloe Price has known no other life than a pirates life. She drinks, she sings and she sails the seas looking for trouble. She was born on this ship, learned to walk on it's deck and climb on its masts. Her father, Captain William thought her everything to become an independent strong women. She was his first mate until one day he dissapeared. Chloe woke up alone, not a single man or woman was roaming the ship. The crew and her father were all gone. The only thing she found was a golden amulet hanging around the wheel of the ship, along with her father's feathered hat. Since that day Chloe assembled a crew that she would die for. She became the new Captain of the Blue Whale. They are from different worlds, Chloe lives on the high seas with her best mate Rachel while princess Maxine is preparing for her husband's coronation. Somehow their paths cross and the results will change them and their world forever.

Max Caulfield was packed and ready to enter the next chapter in her life. She would study at Blackwell Academy, a school in her childhood town where she was planning to reunite with her best friend, Chloe Price.
