14-year-old Wesley Adams is your normal recently-graduated eighth grader. He likes taking walks around town, hanging out with his twin Morgan, cheerleading and acrobatics, and helping anyone he sees in trouble. His most recent neighborhood rescue turns Wesley and his family's lives upside-down with her otherworldly enemies and lack of "mortal" knowledge. Still, Wesley won't let his newfound friend, or her enemies, ruin his summer vacation. - ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ There are details of injury throughout this story which not everyone may be comfortable with. Reader discretion is advised. - I want to make it clear that the sibling relationships may seem unrealistic. However, my younger sibling and I actually get along! They're my favorite person!
