In present time, a woman named "Jeong Young-Hee" in Korea works as a restorer of ancient works and a well-known artist, whose main interest is the forgotten empire,Obelia. One Day, she gets a job to restore a painting of the emperor, Claude de Alger Obelia for a museum famous for its knowledge of Obelia's history. Little did she know, her life would change forever.
