Set after the finale of Season 3. The City of Light has fallen. Octavia Blake is lost in her grief for Lincolns death. She walks away from, Skaikru, her brother and finds herself on a journey to once again discover her sense of self.

"Murphy, I'm just a broken girl. I always have been. Did you really think that you wouldn't get cut?" Shay Kane had been locked up in solitary for three years for murdering six members of the guard. Did she feel guilt? Pity? The answer was no. Shay knew these men deserved it. But the council didn't think so. Her father, Marcus Kane, a well-ranked official had covered up the scandal as much as he could, causing her isolation. Shay knew well enough that when she was reviewed at eighteen, she would have a slim chance of surviving. Now, Shay wakes up on a drop ship, launching to earth among a hundred other criminals. She meets John Murphy, a narcissistic ass who only cares about himself. Or at least, that much she knew. What happens when Shay slowly begins to knock down his walls?

Lincoln has been guiding Octavia through being heda of wonkru. He keeps her stable through the years and through raising their child but little did they know that there was a bigger threat beyond the walls they were locked in. Octavia was always very stern when it came to her people, she would scare the kids away but never her own, she would never hurt or even yell at Aurora, but as her daughter got older she began to realize just how much of a monster a mother can be when they want their child to be on top and Octavia will do what ever it takes to do just that for Aurora.

Bellamy Blake moved into town with both of his parents and younger sister when he was eight. Now a senior in high school and with an alcoholic yet good-hearted father, Bellamy tries to protect his sister and mom from his father's bad sides, all the while trying not to become him. Clarke Griffin was sitting outside with her mom, right after the death of her dog, which at the time felt like the worst thing to ever happen, she was seven. But then, when all hope seemed lost, Bellamy Blake and his younger sister Octavia moved in next door, and all of a sudden she was okay again. Now a Junior in high school, dealing with the recent loss of her father, and constant pressure from her mother, Clarke is beginning to feel lost again, but once again Bellamy and Octavia are there so save her, but in the whole situation she ends up catching Bellamy when he starts to stumble in his life. The problem: she isn't just catching a Bellamy Blake, she is also catching feeling for a Bellamy Blake. Her best friend. BTW: I have a book that I'm writing that I based this Fanfiction on and it actually starts out the same way, but with different characters. The two stories split after the prologue but share some characteristics.

This is my take on what happens after season 3 of The 100-so don't read it unless you've finished the third season. It's not as polished as I'd like because I'm trying to get it all posted before season 4 starts, but it's edited enough. You may have seen it on AO3 because I already posted it there.

This is a 100 story. What will happen to everyone after the necessary tragedy? Clarke is desperate to find peace, Bellamy is desperate to find himself, Octavia cannot find her place, Lincoln is still treated as an outsider, Raven struggles to recover once again from another near death injury, and Wick is struggling to break down walls. The war with Mount Weather may be over but the war with themselves has only begun.
