He thinks the darkness will follow him forever, but when he meets Rose, all he sees is light. He laughs. And for him, that's enough. That's more than enough. Rose isn't afraid of death. She lives her life like she could die any second. It's the only choice she believes she has in a world where everyone takes hers away. But when she's with Asher, she's afraid like she's never been afraid before. She feels like she could choose to set fire to the world and he would light the match. She feels like she could smile and he'd give her the world. That's what scares her the most. That he makes her want to live.

This story was sparked by my own May-December love that changes my thoughts on love today. But with all the wonderfulness my relationship brings, there are many factors to consider when entering into a relationship like this. What your family might think when old change hits at different times for both of us in our lives. To have children, maturity levels off-key, music types, etc. This story is to shed highlight on a topic that may be frond upon by many for some may reason, but show the inside of why many relationships thrive and succeed with the May-December age gap.
