A young girl of age thirteen faces a large challenge, in her eyes, of running up a wall. She eventually learns that confidence and belief are the steps to accomplishing challenges. You will also notice that sometimes a little bit of desperation can help, too. My instructor is one of the few things that has inspired me to write this short story. Whenever a student feels like giving up, he reminds them that "if you think you can do it, you're right. If you think you can't do it, you're right." He taught me that your own mind and belief decides whether you can do something or not. It is not your body, it is your mind. Thank you, mom for supporting and helping me with this story! Kay, a former paraplegic, is trying to teach herself how to walk again - with nothing but a cane and her own balance, she is comforted by the fact that she is able to support her little brother Ty, her girlfriend Audi, and her accidental son, Connor. But as problems arise at her homestead, Kay must overcome her greatest challenge- Walking for the first time in 7 years.

Lizzy is done with living with this burden. She needs to tell someone. This is the day she decides to change her life for the better.
