Based loosely off the song "Soldier Game" by Eli Ayase, Umi Sonoda and Maki Nishikino. After many years of silence in the darkness, the Midnight Kingdom, led by the Ayase twins, is hungry for power, and wage war against the Ruby Kingdom. The Ruby Kingdom is led by King Tokugawa Nishikino and his beautiful daughter Maki, who, although very hesitantly, decides to strike back. Meanwhile, the Guild struggles to maintain the peace between all the kingdom's, to keep everything in order. Yes. It's the Midnight Kingdom that should attack first. After all, they were the one who announced to be at war with the Ruby Kingdom. They should be eager to take over the kingdom. If that is the case, then why are they so reluctant to take the First Blood–to start the fighting? Is it because that they know of the Ruby Kingdom's power and have given up before it even started? Or is it something else? AU- You do not need to know Love Live! School Idol Festival to understand this story. Written in celebration of clearing Soldier Game EXPERT!

I decided to make a my own Love Live book(s) in response to the SIFAS-styled fanfic series by @SecondRound. This one is about (You guessed it) pairings.

In a scientific institute, no one would expect the fiery redhead and calm blonde to fall in love, right? Right? Love is supposed to be forbidden, but the scientists know they can't stop natural feelings. Can't stop them yet, at least. All these experiments can tear a love apart. Eli and Maki only wanted to be together. Some elemental tragedy may tear apart the feelings like a broom to a measly cobweb.
