Meanwhile, Brooklyn had been doing the same thing. Scrambling. A magazine she'd been freelancing for had recently cut its photography department, leaving her unemployed and desperately searching for her next gig. Late one night, while scrolling through job listings, she stumbled across an ad looking for a tour photographer. The requirements were simple: experience shooting live events, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure. Easy enough. After sending in her portfolio, she received a response less than twenty-four hours later. "5 Seconds of Summer? You're kidding, right?.... Yeah, I know a couple of songs."
