Sarah's now dating Hayley. Brendon's life is sad. Alexa is a club dancer, drug addict, HIV positive, and lives downstairs from Lynn and Brendon. Steven has AIDS, back in town on Christmas Eve, and just got mugged. He meets transgender girl, Max, who also has AIDS, and pretty much saved his life.
