Everyone in the band has a best friend who's also one of the members. They simply feel a deeper connection to them than the others, though they all love each other all the same (some in a different way than others). When half of the Linkin Park members are abducted, it's up to the others to try and save them. For some, it's a life or death situation; for others, a permeant scar to their mental health. Can they save their friends or will everyone go down with them? (May contain sensitive themes/topics/gore.)

This 'story' is all about Chester and is meant to help LP fans recover/cope with Chester's death. I also explain why it's difficult to get over him and include letters to him since his passing. If you'd like to share your letter to Chester in my story, feel free to message it to me. Also, if you've ever met Chester before, I'd love to include your experiences with him for those who never got the chance. I hope this will help us begin to heal, though it won't happen anytime soon. On August 17, 2008, a diary that I had been writing over the course of the summer traveled from my hands into the hands of Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park. This is a fiction written about that diary.

It's been twelve years since Exia ran away from her abusive father and found a home with Chester Bennington, eight years since she left Chester and found a new home with Billie Joe Armstrong and his family, a year and a half since she left the Armstrong's to go follow her boyfriend on tour (leaving only a note behind for her family), and three months since she was falsely convicted of battery charges and sentenced to six months in a Las Vegas prison. Now Exia has just gotten out of prison after new evidence surfaced and proved her innocence. When Linkin Park's 2013 Projekt Revolution tour featuring Green Day, Black Veil Brides, Avenged Sevenfold, and My Chemical Romance comes around, in order to reconnect with her dad, she decides to go on tour as Green Day's back up guitar tech and merch girl. What happens when she hasn't seen any member of Linkin Park, in person, for 12 years and her ex-boyfriend is the bassist for My Chem. Now she will be forced to face her past head on while trying to reconnect with her two father figures.
