A young, normal seeming girl, Hinami Yubami, is a new transfer to the Hyyakaou Private Academy- a school for the richest of the rich, and most prominent kids. Hinami is the daughter of a CEO and Politician, who owns all of Asia's technology companies for phones, televisions, and smart devices around homes. Politically, he also works for a very famous news company. During this story, we find out who Hinami truly is, and how she is completely deranged and neurotic when it comes to the one thing she loves most- gambling.
