Stella, Mellie, Zia, and Sadie are your average teens. They do the same things, wear trendy clothes, and generally are normal. Until they get a letter, a letter from some place called Witchlight Academy. From then on, the lives of these girls are NOT normal. They were witches, and everything in their life revolved around a few things, themselves, each other, the people they loved, and the safety of them and others. Stella, the girl with Albinism...just another weirdo. This girl by the name of Stella, is the most popular kid in school, as if. Maybe in her daydreams. Stella is instead that one girl with skin as white as snow and hair the same way. She is the target of countless bullies, put up with the names they call her, and still manages to be a good sister to her brother. Mellie, was always a quiet kid. Her locker always littered with post-it notes putting her down. She really was bright, but didn't show it, her best bet way to stay invisible. Her countless report cards all with variations of the same note, 'Mellie is very smart, but yet she still stays quiet and doesn't demonstrate her intellectual abilities.' Zia, just moved to California from living in Mexico. And lets just say that California doesn't give her a warm welcome. She becomes a target to bullying and ridicule. Yes, she's different, but when did that start to matter? A start at a new school doesn't help her home life either. Sadie, was totally normal. She avoided too much attention, like her ex-best-friend Mel. Her best friend Caroline, was mentally unwell due to the loss of her sister. The witch gene was passed down generation to generation, and it skipped her mother, so that meant Sadie would be the next witch. Of course, she didn't believe her mother's silly stories, but still some feeling stirs inside her when she gets a peculiar letter. Join these girls in the books that revolve around their lives at Witchlight Academy and the events that change them, and all they know.
