"I'm gonna be a good dad." - Shawn Mendes always wondered what it's like to be a father, but when he's given custody over his best friend's child after she passes away, he realizes it's not as easy as singing a lullaby and giving them a bottle.

"Have you ever felt something?", I ask him quietly, my voice raspy and the tears blurring my sight at Shawn's face. My breath is shaking and a second has never felt this long in my entire life. When he isn't responding I think I already know the answer, I look away because my chest aches when I see his face, but suddenly the soft skin of his hand touches my cheek.

Megan was just an ordinary Nobody in a small town. With not a lot of friends, she finds a voice that she can never get out of her head. That voice is Shawn Mendes. 🌹

This little story is about a girl called Jasmine and her friend called Shawn, they are also joined by their group of friends, James, Cody, Luke, Zuzanna, Steph and Aniek.

I woke up to the cold, hard, ground. Where was I...? My head felt heavier than ever and trying to stand up was clearly not the correct choice. I looked around as my vision became clear. The room was completely still and dark and I couldn't make out the objects around me. My entire body was sore, I couldn't remember anything that occured before I ended up in this odd place. Trying to remember seemed very painful, at that moment I heard sounds of movement. Footsteps. They got closer at every second. My breathing became heavier. My chest started burning. A shadow was visible right out the door. That's when it hit me. The door opened and there he was. ~This is my first time writing a fanfiction guys and I did this to improve my writing skills so if you see any mistakes please feel free to give me any feedback~
