New story of mine I came up with after watching the Stranger Things finale (ENDING BROKE ME BROOO 😭😭😭😭). SPOILER ALERT!! It's now 1990, about 2 years since the Upside Down was blown to hell. The routine of the gang's more or less returned to normal, but all that changes when a certain girl returns to Hawkins for a visit. More specifically, one that's about 2 years overdue. Cover made by me with Canva (it was a lot easier than drawing and my art skills suck tbh)

Mike Wheeler has a secret. He's been in love with his best friend, Eleven, for longer than he'd ever admit. He never planned to tell her, risking their friendship feels impossible. Until one late night text changes everything. While venting to Dustin about his feelings, Mike accidentally sends the message to the one person who was never supposed to see it. Eleven.
