New story of mine I came up with after watching the Stranger Things finale (ENDING BROKE ME BROOO 😭😭😭😭). SPOILER ALERT!! It's now 1990, about 2 years since the Upside Down was blown to hell. The routine of the gang's more or less returned to normal, but all that changes when a certain girl returns to Hawkins for a visit. More specifically, one that's about 2 years overdue. Mike and El have been Best Friends for years. El has had a crush on Mike for years. Mike never paid much attention to it. Then they entered High School and feelings go wild.

this is going to take place after season 5 and after graduation. This story is going to follow mike and el in there life in the future. please imagine that el never sacrificed her self and that her and mike are together and are living happily ever after. this story is also the same as my other book "promise me" but more up to date as i wrote that book after season one and obviously a lot of things have happened and there is new character's. warning this is really cheesy as i have always been a big mileven fan and i just want them both to be happy. ps. i am dyslexic so please bare with me

Mike meets El and falls for her quicker than he thought he would. He finds her to be so creative and sweet and he feels butterflies every time she's around. He's not the typical guy that girls like so he has a hard time believing that a girl like her could actually like someone like him. It doesn't take long for him to fall in love.
