Dulunya rumah itu adalah asrama yang di huni oleh pemilik kosan dan teman-temannya yang lain, tapi karna mereka sudah memiliki kehidupan masing-masing, akhirnya sang pemilik kosan menjadikan rumah itu sebagai tempat kos-kosan. Pondok campur9 memiliki dua lantai, dimana keseluruhan memiliki Sembilan ruangan atau bisa di bilang Sembilan kamar. Kamar bisa di huni sendirian atau juga bisa di huni berdua bersama teman yang lain. Jadi inilah beberapa kisah dari penghuni Pondok Campur9. Penghuni dapat bertambah atau berkurang sewaktu-waktu
