M's daughter, known as Maria, was a woman in her 30s with a young son. Her husband abandoned her after discovering the pregnancy and left. When Maria learned of her father's death, she was devastated and sad, but she suspected one person: Dad Dearest. She conducted her own investigations since the police never found out where or who could have killed him. She gathered evidence, and when she was about to tell everyone the truth, she was stabbed in the back. The only one who saw it was Daresest going into the room where her son was sleeping.
