However, the threat landscape has changed significantly in the past few years, and it is necessary to revisit the detection strategy in place. ML algorithms can analyze network traffic, system logs, and online activity data to identify aberrant behaviors or patterns. This can indicate possible activities for cyberattacks such as malware, ransomware, or phishing. Such proactive detection helps prevent breaches.
