King Beast booted off all the villains, the sidekicks, basically all the really interesting people-which included the mad people. Practically everyone from Wonderland was sent off to the Isle of the Lost, with a magical barrier to keep them there. The Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, and the most important one, the Blue Caterpillar, our mane characters father. (This story is based of off the Descendant's and Alice in Wonderland movies. Contains mention of drugs-lots and lots of drugs-and alcohol, along with the main character owning a club of sorts, suggested assault-not anything graphic-and a good bit of swearing.)

The hat was never the problem. What came after was. Mad Hatter discovers too late that some journeys are not chosen-they are survived. Amid ashes, laughter that rings out of place, and a world that punishes the sane, every decision carries a price-paid in blood, memory, or identity.

There was a legend that a Baby would be born, bearing a small heart on her hip. The girl have magic more powerful than any has ever seen. The girl will not only receive this magic, but she will also be cursed. She has to break the curse before her 28th birthday or her heart will turn black with evil magic.
