Madeline had one purpose that day. Go into Hale Industries, speak to hot shot billionaire Blaine Hale, and get her scholarship back. Her plans went downhill fast after she sneaks into his office and gets kicked out by Blaine Hale himself, who doesn't plan to deal with a problem as insignificant as hers. Blaine Hale insults Madeline and gets her thrown out of Hale Industries. Later in the night, Madeline ends up in front of Hale Industries. She plans to sneak into the building in an effort to retrieve her bag, which she left in Blaine Hale’s office after getting kicked out. What Madeline doesn't expect is to walk in in the middle of a kidnapping. The kidnapper — Vitaly Aminev, a young leader of the Russian Mafia. The target —Blaine Hale…. and Madeline, who everyone assumes is Blaine Hale’s girlfriend.
