Ally Fisher is one of the very few kids born with a special blood type known as MB+. Children born with MB+ or Magic Blood, develop powers ranging from controlling an element to reading minds. Unfortunately a group of Magic Manipulators known as Takers, have kidnapped Ally and her friends Ginny, David, and Ralph and taken them to what they call Area 54. The Takers need MB+ to make potions and spells, but don't want to fight for the blood they need. Having finally figured out a way to stop Ally's powers from developing it is now up to Ally to keep her friends from suffering the same fate.
