What do you do when you make a mistake? What do you do when that mistake consists of an elopement to man you have only known a few hours, and were very drunk? Matilda struggles to move forward after mistake she made a month before. Whether the mistake is actually the sham of a marriage, or the fact that she hasn't been able to locate him after running out on him that following morning, is yet to be determined. With an over-protective brother fighting for her to get a divorce, the town seeking gossip, and neighboring farmers trying to cause her farm to go under, Matilda is stressed to a breaking point. Matters only worsen when her new husband tracks her down, but not for the reasons she thought he would. Can Matilda learn to trust her new husband and allow him to help her save her small world? Or will the reality to their situation crumble the hope of what could be?

Willa and Jameson met years ago but were separated by time and distance. Willa is stuck thousands of miles away while Jameson self destructs by drinking, fighting and other things. after some time she decides that she's had enough and flies to his home in England to try to get him to get himself together. Does it work or is he angry at Willa for intruding?

With the new house, starting a career, and adoption in the works, Bernadette starts to understand the responsibility and pressure of it all. Brandon feels as though he needs to protect her considering that's what her father did to him. But after going through hell in back, they both find themselves falling in love with each other. Baby girl has been in the game since she was thirteen, and now she's a pro at what she do; killing people. She worked for Daniel since she was thirteen up until he put his hands on her making her leave his side and go to Brandon's with Breyana. There she finds herself battling something she has never felt before, real feeling for a male; Jayden. Jayden is already interested in baby girl and tries his hardest to be with her, but she just won't let her guard down. Baby girl promised herself she would never love anyone ever, believing love makes a person weak. But she can't deny her love for Jayden for long.
