It's (Y/N) (L/N)'s final year in school, along with the majority of her friends, and she has to think about what she wants to do with her life. While Haru, Makoto and Rin want to pursue something that involves swimming, she is not able to do that. So she goes to the next best thing: art. But the problem is if she wants to jump right into work or just get her art degree, hoping that it will help her more. But that's not all. She meets more people along the way, new faces and old faces. And another person pops back into the picture as well. Someone who she is terrified to see. Will she be able to get the closure she needs before graduating high school? Or is she still going to stay in the dark about it?

It was common knowledge at Iwatobi High that Haruka Nanase was the freak of the school. So when he commits suicide one chilly winter morning, the entire town doesn't seem to care; that is, besides Makoto Tachibana. Makoto can't help but feel guilty for not doing anything he can to help Haruka. If he had said something or even tried to be his friend, would things still have turned out this way? (Y/n) had met Makoto first, she never had any friends, but kind cute little Makoto became her first friend and introduced her to the others, and they all became best friends. Over the years, as they all got older, (Y/n) began to discover that she has always had feelings for Makoto. The problem is, she doesn't want to admit it, in fear of losing her best friend. What she doesn't know, is Makoto is having the exact same problem. Hahaha I know it sounds cheesy but pleASE read the story!!

Now this puts Haru in a position to find out what exactly is on that note and how to bring Makoto back to his world so he can finally tell him something he has been hiding for years.
