When Lilith comes to check on her son, she finds he has a very loyal protector now. When she recognizes Charlie as one of the children her and Lucifer routinely watch over, and have done since Charlie was a child. Then, when the TMI gang comes to see Jonathan, Charlie makes it clear that Jonathan will not be leaving unless he wants too.
