Nira: The Way of the Foundling
Nira was born into a life she never chose.
A 25-year-old Twi'lek enslaved and stripped of her freedom, she had forgotten what it meant to dream of anything beyond survival. Her life changes when an aging Mandalorian warrior, Torvan, and his clan discover a slave transport during a dangerous mission and risk everything to free those trapped inside.
Given the chance to start over, Nira makes a choice no one expects-she chooses the path of the Mandalorians.
Under Torvan's guidance, Nira begins a journey not to become a warrior, but to discover who she truly is. Learning the ancient ways of the clans, she finds that being Mandalorian is not about armor or weapons-it is about honor, loyalty, compassion, and protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
Piece by piece, she earns her armor through acts of courage and selflessness. Each mark on her beskar tells a story: the people she saved, the battles she survived, and the family she found among strangers.
But when a mission goes wrong and Torvan is captured, Nira faces her greatest test. Separated from her clan and forced to rely on everything she has learned, she crosses paths with another lone Mandalorian, Din Djarin, and his mysterious young foundling, Grogu. Together, they follow Torvan's trail into danger, uncovering what it truly means to never leave a Mandalorian behind.
To rescue the man who gave her a second life, Nira must prove she is no longer the frightened woman who escaped a cage.
She must prove she is a Mandalorian.
Not born into the Creed.
Not chosen by blood.
Forged by choice.
This is the Way.
