Princess Luna, guardian of the night, stood upon her balcony in Canter lot, her mane flowing like the cosmos itself. Though she had returned from her exile, shadows of loneliness lingered in her heart. But tonight, the moonlight carried something new - a presence. From the darkness of the Ever free, a figure emerged: a bat pony prince, wings glistening like obsidian, eyes reflecting the same moon she cherished. He was not of the day, nor of the court, but of the night itself.

Celestia, one of the two princesses that rule Equestria, has decided that she wants to rule Equestria on her own... What? Battle Spirits are a species of creatures that fights with their partners, ponies, in any instance. However, if a Battle Spirit doesn't have a partner, known as Keepers, they will Fade from existence, and never come back. LunarStar43 is one of these said Battle Spirits, and is looking for a suitable Keeper. What will happen to Equestria? What will happen to LunarStar43?
