Through Finn, Marceline makes small, steady interactions with the princess but after a faithful night of conveying her feelings in a song and an unexpected turn of events where she finds out that Bonnibel's most valued possession is a tee shirt she was given by Marceline, the feelings Marceline shared for Princess Bubblegum are renewed and vampire queen is once again torn through the complexity of her emotions.
