Sergeant Mark Jones is newly transferred to Mid-Wilshire, and when he's off shift, he finds himself spending more and more time with Captain Zoe Andersen. As Zoe shows him the ropes of the station-so different from North Hollywood-the two slowly grow closer. Feelings develop, lines blur, and soon they're both facing the same question: Zoe is the Captain. Mark is a sergeant under her command. They shouldn't act on their feelings... But maybe they can.
