This is a VERY old story I wrote 2-3 years ago. Now I'm coming back to it a retelling it in a much better when then I did back then. You can find the old on on Quotev, the name there is just Masked. Hopefully, y'all will like this story. The first part is just a prologue which would of gone here if it wasn't so long.

But most of all how is she to keep her secret safe once dusk hits her skin?

Elizabeth stays with her boyfriend, Liam, after the sudden death of her mother. He is all that she has left, all she can rely on. Liam seems like a "goody-two-shoes" type of guy in her eyes, but he is quite the opposite. Hiding his dark past from Elizabeth was a big mistake, and he doesn't realize it until everyone's lives begin to crumble around them, leading Liam back to his old ways. Everything is taken away from them, including one of Elizabeth's friends, all because of a group of masked men who purposefully spread a disease that thrives on everything breathing. The world goes to hell, tortured my mindless bodies.
