Ali dan BoBoiBoy adalah sepupu belah ibu mereka. Takdir dan nasib mereka sangat sama walaupun umur berbeza. Ali berumur 12 tahun dan BoBoiBoy berumur 14 tahun. Perbezaan umur hanya 2 tahun sahaja. Mereka mempunyai kanser otak yang tidak mereka ketahui. Selain itu, BoBoiBoy dan Ali juga di fitnah akan sesuatu yang mereka tidak buat sama sekali. Di situ, takdir mereka mula berubah. BoBoiBoy di fitnah dengan membuli rakan sekolah dan ejen TAPOPS yang lemah. BoBoiBoy mencuba sedaya-upaya dengan memberitahu bahawa dia tidak melakukan semua itu tapi apakan daya, tidak ada orang yang mempercayai nya. Rakannya juga tidak mempercayai diri nya. Di halau oleh atok sendiri. Di buang oleh ayah sendiri. BoBoiBoy kecewa dengan mereka. Begitu juga Ali. Ali di fitnah mencuri dan menjual dadah dan memberi Intel MATA kepada musuh. Ali di halau dari rumah dan di buang dari MATA. Mereka berdua membuat keputusan untuk meninggalkan rumah mereka dahulu dan berjumpa satu sama lain. Tetapi ada sesuatu yang terjadi.
