This is the 100th HG. The 4th quarter quell is like no other. It is when 4 girls and 4 boys in each district and (I want you guys to find out). This is from a different HG and this and the 99th hunger games is not tied into this at all. in fact there will be a total different winner for the 99th. You get to choose the twists and who wins.
