Derek and Addison are in a rough patch in their relationship. When Addison found herself almost cheating on Derek with his best friend, she decided that she needed to try and do something to fix their marriage. She convinced Derek to move to Seattle so they can try to start fresh and fix their marriage, but in Seattle there was an even bigger obstacle for their marriage as her husband slowly is falling in love with someone else.
