A small raven-haired boy paid a visit to the past. Quillsh Wammy or was popularly known by his alias, Watari, was not a typical grumpy White Old Man, neither was he the cursing type one. However, the sudden appearance of a small crying child screaming for his mother on the 22nd floor of the 23 stories building in Metropolitan Tokyo knocked him out from his seat. After investigating the shrieking child closely, and being a skilled observer he was, the old man was sure that the small boy looked exactly like the carbon copy of another raven-haired boy he took into his care over twenty years prior.
