Hyde (given name Alice Hidden) didn't remember much about her life before Wammy's House, and she didn't care to. She was safe there training to be L's successor along with Mello, Matt, and her best friend Near. But when Kira rises to power and takes away L and every other comfort she knows, Hyde is determined to not only survive but take down Kira by any means necessary. This story follows Hyde through the story of death note as she falls in love with Near and works to defeat Kira.
