The burning gaze of something in the water wouldn't leave yours.

Every day for the year 2022 I will be drawing something and then writing an entry to go with it. Gil is an anglerfish mermaid and he is the only of his kind that can stay long term near the surface. Gil has always had a fascination for land dwellers, or humans, because of their loving atmosphere. That loving atmosphere carries over when Gil meets a marine biologist named Jordan. He doesn't technically meet Jordan but rather stalks from a distance until he finally has the courage to say something to the so called, 'violent land dweller.'
