This event was called the 2nd Impact In the present day, monsters known as Angels terrorize humanity by trying to cause the 3rd impact. With normal weapons from bullets to nuclear weapons not affecting them, a company known as Smart Brain takes it upon themselves to create the weapon to defeat the Angels.
