It was just a normal night... until the sky cracked open. Eleven-year-old Elia never expected her world to fall apart in a matter of minutes. One moment, she was studying alone in her room. The next, a massive explosion shook the earth, and thick smoke began to swallow her neighborhood. With communication cut and panic spreading, Elia and her family are forced to flee, not knowing what's out there-or what's coming next. But when they reunite with her brother and strange figures begin to appear in the dark, Elia realizes this isn't just a natural disaster... Something else fell from the sky. Something watching. Something waiting. They thought surviving the night would be the hardest part. They were wrong.
