Through small observations and gentle daydreams, ordinary moments become meditations on self awareness, gratitude, loneliness, empathy, and the quiet stories that surround us every day. Each story begins with something easily overlooked: a passing stranger, a changing light, a small detail; and follows wherever the imagination leads. None of these imagined lives may be true, but perhaps they don't have to be.

Each chapter in this book is a stand-alone work of micro-fiction, around 80-200 words long. A moral to each, they may leave you guessing, wondering, or feeling challenged.
