The leader of the band, Alex Turner, is going on a tournée with his best friend Miles Kane. Everything's great: they have a great friendship based on trust and funny jokes... and a little bit of physical contact, too. Miles's having a lot of fun 'till he sees a post on Instagram: it's a picture of him and Alex, and they seem really close. Is this the way everyone sees them? What if they're right? [The photo was taken during a concert: Alex and Miles were singing using the same microphone, and their faces were very close. Miles is a new student to the school where alex, matt, jaie and nick go when they meet they are beginning to just be friends. Later Miles finds out he has been catching feelings for Alex and Alex for Miles but they both are afraid to make the first move..........

Miles believed he did somewhat of a good job at hiding his feelings from himself; no matter what his heart told him his brain kept pushing them away. It worked for a while. But his feelings kept creeping up on him, drowning him. The only thing keeping him afloat was his own mind, telling him that it would never work out, that Alex would never like him the way he did. His feelings were getting progressively harder to manage. The days since before they met seemed to all blur into one. Every bad thing that had happened, every worry that was bothering him seemed to dissipate once Alex entered his life, it's as if the sky itself became more radiant. Miles spent many restless nights thinking about Alex, wondering that perhaps maybe, his feelings were reciprocated. It was the casual gestures he would make that made him hopeful; brushing against his shoulder, the hand holding, the hugs that lasted a little too long, for god's sake even the way he smiled at him felt different.

Scott Hoying was in a near-fatal car crash. While he's in the ICU, his boyfriend Alex and best friend Mitch are left to themselves to cope.
