They invented wooden barrels, wagon wheels and windmills as the Chinese invented paper and printing. Meanwhile, the Indians revolutionized mathematics and Moslems discovered chemistry. WHO THE HELL ARE WE? is a series of short books and videos describing the evolution of civilization. Almost everyone on the planet is five times wealthier than their ancestors only 50 years ago. This astonishing phenomenon has also improved health, education, and longevity. The cause; an explosive growth in ideas and productivity. It began when we learned to control fire, evolved articulate speech and stumbled onto the way to create infinite wealth; free trade. The discovery of agriculture made us richer but we also learned how to destroy wealth. Great civilization grew up but then disappeared leaving only incredible ruins and ideas. Later books detail some of the ideas and developments that increased the average life span from about 40 years to more than 80 and the average world income from less than $3 to more than $33 per person per day (and to $140 per day in some countries).

The propaganda dies down when Kira rises and Marie is convinced her prayers have been answered. However, she doesn't know the monster that Kira will become.

alex standall is the new kid and it was weird enough that he wouldn't tell anyone why he transferred schools. dani was the only one willing to let him join her group probably because she was the only one who hadn't heard any of the rumors considering she didn't even bother with them in the first place. alex standall is struggling to leave his past behind but when the rumors aren't just lies anymore he's left to face his past and relive some memories. this book will include justin and probably some other characters eventually. it will definitely be referencing them though. note: so this book is about a character from 13 reasons why so it's pretty safe to assume that this book will talk about some pretty heavy topics and it may include spoilers if you want to even call them that. also, the book has au in the title for a reason, this is my story therefore some things will be changed from the book and the show for the sake of the story, nothing major but i don't want any issues over minor details. also you can call it a miles heizer fic if you want, but i'm personally writing the character and seeing the character as alex.

The Love Journey of a girl to womanhood

I wrote this story as a response to the hundreds of dismissive comments and judgements I've heard about millennials over the years. This story is strongly autobiographical and one of my favorite pieces of writing. I feel like there is a pervasive misunderstanding from older people (even people 10 years older) about what the millennial experience has been like and it is my hope that this story can give clearer sense of the worldview of a millennial.
