Minato is alive and is the fourth hokage, but he severely neglects Naruto because he blames Naruto for Kushina's death and just doesn't show him any attention or love, and the villages and Sakura, Saskue, and the rest of the Konoha 12 don't treat him well either. The only one really there for him is Kakashi, but will his support be enough to help Naruto?
