An entry for the #MissedMilestones contest. I've missed a lot of milestones in the time of COVID but there's one milestone that can never be replaced.

After Covid hurt and isolated many families, Covid restrictions have been lifted! One a 14 yr old girls birthday, her and her mother set off to the Caribbeans. They say true love hits at the most unexpected time. For me, it hit during a weeklong vacation at a beautiful Mexican resort. I found my soulmate. After nearly a year of being apart, vacation time is approved and flights are booked. However, our plans are disrupted when a pandemic wreaks havoc on the world.
