Missy is an average 17 year old girl. There really isn't anything special or significant about her. Except for one day, when a man walks into the movie theater she was working at for the Summer. On that day, everything about her changed, and it would never be the same again.

This is a summary and review of the film that is actually a sequel to the first movie, released in 1993, and shows Beethoven's adventures further, and of him becoming a dad for the first time. In this flick, the San Bernardo puppy from the first film is now grown up, and has babies with another female dog, named Missy. The problem arises when Missy's persons decide to sell the puppies. So the family from Beethoven has to stop the antagonists from selling the puppies.

The Twelfth Doctor has always enjoyed surprises, but after the revelation in "The Ghost of Manhattan," the Doctor must seek answers as to what Missy's plan is, and what the future holds for his two former companions.
