( Moonlight Awards Flash Fiction Short Story ) 17 year old April finds herself framed when her stepsister is brutally killed. This is a story from the point of view of someone who is innocent and fighting to be proven right.

London and her four siblings are living in a little town in Maine but the United States was closed of completely and was facing the Most horrifying outbreak that anyone has ever seen, the Sprinal, a virus that was originally carried by the black widow spider. But when London finds something just across town, will it help them stop the Sprinal or throw them of for something that is bigger than they could ever imagine?

"No you listen to me, I went against my mother's instruction and advice on boys and relationships and was willing to risk it all for David, what did he do to me? He made me a joke," she waved her head sideways like she was convincing herself to stand by her decision. "From now on, I'm taking my mom's advice and I'll pay more attention to my studies.
